Pictured is a street market that leads to the Sensoji Temple at the very end~

Man, what a f00king day today, but day #3, post #5. SO, we took the train station and our first stop was Asakusa where we mainly visited the temples and street markets! But we getting ahead of ourselves so let's get into detail. So the picture above was taking from a viewing deck at the Asakusa Culture Information Center and as yalls can see there were hella people there; we probs should of went earlier (we arrived around noon) but everything worked out :') I think I'mma dedicate this post to the temple aspect and talk more about the street market in the next post.

SO, the Sensoji Temple :') Ah, what nice vibes and I just love all the spiritual aspects of Asian countries and this was a really cool stop! This was at the very end of the street market and omg the walk was killer and like I was so close to pushing everyone over to get passed lol. But inside there's a lot of cool stuff like multiple places to shop for charms (which being my superstitious self OFC I BOUGHT SOME). There were places to get your fortunes and just a whole lotta other shiz that yalls will have to come and experience :')

Taken at the Sensoji Temple fountain near the entrance before entering the main temple~

Alr first off, can we admire how the camera captured the water mid motion? Bust a phat nut. But les go into detail about what's happening here. So this process is to "purify" ourselves and is done by taking the ladles and adding water to it from the fountain (not pictured, sorry). Then you'd pour some water on your left hand, then some on the right hand, and finish it by pouring some more water on your left hand and drinking it. Once it's all down and you still have water left, make sure to dump it out and not back into the fountain! It was a really cool experience to try and yea. I think you're supposed to do this before entering the temple but we accidentally did it when leaving lol skrt.

Taken under the red lantern in the picture above ^~^

And here's a little group picture. Some of the cohort ain't arriving until right before the start of the trip so I'll flex them another time >;) but heres the squad for the next few days! Pictures from left to right: Jenny, Jennie, Andy, LinChen, Arianna, and Harrison~ Fun story: so when I asked the dude to help take a picture for us, I wanted to ask in Japanese and it was all grammatically correct and it even got Harrison senpai's approval but then the dude hit's me with "sorry I can't speak Japanese"; he was also a tourist and it was so embarrassing xD.
