おはいよございます。This is day #5, post #12 and oof these days are flying by but each one has been filled with it's own set of adventures :). Today ended up being a day of shopping (mainly looking around because we broke lol) and SINGING! I'll talk about that more later ehehe.

いただきます。Before we get into the Shibuya adventures, les go over what I ate for breakfast! So there's a really cute bento shop that sells all these ready to go meals for really cheap and so the bowl on the left consists of eggplant and rice and was about 270 yen which is less than $3! The bowl on the right was from Lawson and is something called oden and costed around 400 yen. Together, this made for such an amazing breakfast and ugh I can never get tired of the food in Japan lol.

So some of yalls probably know the story of Hachiko from the movie. I've heard about the movie but never watched it so I want to! But basically, the movie tells the story of loyalty and how a dog would greet his owner everyday at the train station. After the owner passed away, Hachiko continued to come to the station to wait for years. SO LOYAL, SO CUTE.

So yea after that we walked the Shibuya crossing and honestly if you walk it when it's busy, you'd get lost in the swarm of people and it's such a cool feeling lol. If you walked it and looked around, you can see all the tourists holding up their phones to take pictures/ videos lol. But yea by the end of the day we literally walked this like a dozen times and each time it was so exciting to experience! We walked around and shopped and realized we couldn't afford anything cause we be broke but I personally spent a majority of my money today at Loft. Loft is another store that sells a wide variety of goods and I personally spent most of my time on the stationery floor lol. I think my stationery obsession is satisfied for the rest of this trip- at least I hope so cause my wallet can't take anymore of this lol. I'M SO HYPE CAUSE one of my purchases was this pen shaped scissor that is so cool and S/O to Estella for showing me it omg; Japanese stationery honestly is the best shit ever lol.
